Malta, apart from beautiful infrastructure, amazing restaurants and small industries, is a magnificent island. And like on the most islands, you can find plenty of nice beaches here.

Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay & Gnejna Bay
Some of the most popular are Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay and Gnejna Bay. They create round bays which look impressive from top of the cliffs. We especially suggest visiting Ghajn Tuffieha Tower which guarantees the best view on the landscape.
Imġiebaħ Bay
One of the most curious beaches is the Imġiebaħ Bay, which is covered with black sand. It looks really different 🙂
Popeye Village
Another fascinating place in Malta is the Popeye Village – an amusement park built in the late 70s. Here they shot well known Popeye film with Robin Williams as the main character.
We drove up on the hill from which we could see this place perfectly. We decided not to buy the tickets to the village as they cost more than 10 EUR and this is a bigger fun for the kids.
Coral Lagoon
In the most northern part of the island, you can find Coral Lagoon.
This is a huge hollow in the rocks, wherein the summer brave ones tend to jump in. There is a slot so they can swim out towards the sea, which is not easy due to strong waves.
